Joseph brings a wealth of experience in event coordination, having successfully managed a range of group events, including weddings, corporate functions, and conventions.

In her role at Margaritaville Beach Resort Nassau, Joseph will be responsible for servicing groups of all sizes, overseeing every aspect of event planning and execution. From organizing the logistics of group stays to ensuring the smooth delivery of large-scale events, Joseph is dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience.

Joseph’s journey in the hospitality industry began in the early stages of her career, where she worked her way up from bartender to Marketing Events Coordinator, and later, Catering Sales Manager and Wedding Specialist at SLS Baha Mar. Her passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests has been the driving force behind her success.

One of Joseph’s most memorable achievements was managing a 200-person wedding event single-handedly, an accomplishment that solidified her love for event planning. The wedding was a resounding success, and Joseph remains close friends with the couple to this day.
